In Florida we have a management company for our condo association. They charge us the employees paycheck plus 30%. I understand employers have some costs like FICA and social security and workmans comp but I can't figure out if they are ripping us off with that 30% figure. Any clues?

This was a year ago! Great info, it was ahead of time. This increase of minimum wage will impact several other industries, specially small businesses because they will have to catch up or pay more than the minimum wage. Otherwise the people will prefer to work 50 hours in two different restaurants for $1000 a week, rather than $700 in a florist shop, just to say something. This will increase prices all over, not only in the restaurant industry. Thanks again for the information!!

Are my actual annual salary, and my annual salary in the retirement enrollment section, supposed to match? I ask because mine don’t for some reason and it is throwing off my contribution percentage bad. Everyone says it’s correct. It is definitely NOT correct, need help!
